Business Development Manager (SaaS / PropTech)

Location: Remote (Field-based)
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 base + car allowance + uncapped bonus
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re entering an exciting phase of rapid growth and geographic expansion, and we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive our next chapter. As part of a high-performing, fast-scaling SaaS business, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching into new markets, winning new customers, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a business that’s evolving quickly and investing heavily in growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business acquisition across estate agents and conveyancing solicitors
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline through a combination of field sales, outbound activity, and relationship-led selling
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and ROI
  • Leading onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers successfully implement and maximise the platform
  • Managing and growing existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives in new regions
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
