Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at GoPlaces, you will lead the end-to-end acquisition of high-growth brand partners. You will identify prospects in the Beauty and FMCG sectors, craft sophisticated commercial proposals, and close deals that define the future of social commerce, all while operating with significant autonomy and direct impact.

What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle for core brands, from initial prospecting and outreach to negotiating and closing multi-year partnership contracts.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to build data-driven, commercially rigorous proposals tailored to the specific needs of Beauty and FMCG brands.
- Represent GoPlaces at major industry events and category-specific briefings to build a high-level network of brand-side decision-makers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate
- Has 3-5 years of business development experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or a fast-paced agency environment with a proven track record.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial models to structure deals that deliver profitable growth for all parties.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a "hunter" mentality, with a deep interest in social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.
