Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Manchester, Northampton & Dublin
Salary: Negotiable base with uncapped commission. Six-figure year one OTE
Reporting to: Commercial Director

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Meet with business leaders to uncover opportunities and pitch tailored R&D solutions
- Drive performance across a growing outbound team
- Manage and optimise a strong B2B pipeline to hit and exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen campaigns and outreach
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience
- Deliver clear sales reporting and performance insights to leadership
- Consistently follow up and engage prospects with precision and purpose

What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a fast-growth setting (Professional services)
- Strong business development skills, pipeline management and a data-driven approach to closing deals
- Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
- Confident handling high-value negotiations and complex decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organised, and focused on results
- Full UK/Irish driving licence
