Mechanical Engineering Components

Flow Control Products / Fluid Handling

  • Valves / Pumps / Mixers / Actuators etc.

Corrosion Resistant Products / Manufacturer

Will consider engineering or chemical sales backgrounds.

Package

  • Basic between £45,000 - £55,000
  • Executive High Spec Company Car / or Generous Car Allowance
    • Bonus OTE £60K + + plus excellent executive benefits

Location

  • Home Based
  • Anywhere North of Birmingham – M62 Corridor
  • Stoke-on-Trent, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Chester, Nottingham, Leicester, Leeds, Huddersfield, Hull, etc.

About the Role

Mercury Hampton is exclusively retained on this vacancy. Our client is a leading manufacturer of innovative flow control products sold into demanding process industries and industrial customers such as water treatment, chemical process, pharmaceutical, agriculture, aerospace, military, water processing, marine, nuclear, logistics, data centers etc. They are a global company who have an excellent reputation for the quality of their products, excellent service delivery and outstanding technical support. They are now looking for a dynamic, inspirational, and experienced technical sales professional to sell their world leading products into industrial markets across the North of England.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in technical sales in industrial markets.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong technical background either in engineering or a Scientific Degree/discipline and/or hands-on engineering experience.
  • Lead as the Technical experts within their industry, providing advice and support regarding all product applications.
  • Drive sales, managing and supporting existing key accounts with the main focus on business development and new client acquisition.
  • Understanding of fluid handling and flow control and the principles of corrosion resistant materials.
  • Experience in selling to the Chemicals industry, Petrochem, water, and water purification markets is ideal.
