Business Development Manager – Future Opportunities
Location: UK
Working pattern: Hybrid
Travel: Regional travel required

About The Future Opportunity
As a future Business Development Manager within our Commercial function, you would play an important role in helping Vistra identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our presence across the corporate services market. You would work closely with colleagues across sales, account management, onboarding, and specialist teams to create tailored solutions for clients and support sustainable revenue growth.

What You Could Be Involved In
- Developing and executing business development strategies that support future growth across the UK, Ireland, and wider European markets.
- Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the corporate services sector.
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that respond to client needs.
- Managing opportunities through the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and close.
- Collaborating with account management, onboarding, and internal specialist teams to ensure a smooth client experience and high-quality handover.
- Using market knowledge and client insight to shape innovative, commercially relevant solutions.
About You
You may already be working in business development, sales, or a related commercial role, ideally within corporate services or a professional services environment. You will be confident developing new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and building trusted relationships over time.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or new business acquisition.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to understand client challenges and position relevant solutions.
- Commercial confidence, resilience, and the drive to deliver results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience or understanding of tax, payroll, HR, accounting, or corporate services solutions would be helpful, but is not essential.
