Business Development Manager | Manchester (Hybrid)

I'm currently partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager to join its growing commercial sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to leverage their expertise in the FX and international payments space, working with business owners and C-level executives to deliver consultative solutions that help organisations operate more efficiently.

The Role

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and other business development activities.
  • Build relationships with business owners and C-level executives, understanding their FX and international payment requirements through a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity while consistently achieving revenue and sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

  • A strong black book of business and the ability to leverage existing relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within FX, payments, or financial services, with a track record of winning new business.
  • A commercially driven and strategic approach to business development, with the ability to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
