Ready to hit the target? Join us as a driven, results-focused Business Development Manager and help unlock exciting commercial opportunities at the Pirelli Stadium.
From securing sponsorships and selling unforgettable hospitality experiences to growing advertising partnerships and creating standout events, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and making an impact both on and off the pitch.
This is a fast-paced, target-led role focused on winning new business through proactive outreach, networking and face-to-face meetings, building strong commercial partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that drive income and client experience.
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with proven B2B sales experience across Burton, Derby and the surrounding area, with strong local networks and a real track record of generating and converting new business.

Salary: Starting from £32,000 (plus generous commission).
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
- Demonstrated track record in sales
- Previous experience building and leveraging a strong network of corporate contacts, with the ability to generate new business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of the local area, with the ability to identify and target potential prospects

- Ability to work to sales targets and thrive in a results driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive and tenacious
- Professional, personable, and comfortable engaging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to work to high standards, flexible, with an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure during key times
