Do you enjoy the challenge of opening doors, building relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers? If you’re driven by results, resilient in the face of rejection, and motivated by achieving ambitious targets, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition.

The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Engaging decision-makers and understanding their needs
- Converting prospects into active trading customers
Your role doesn’t end with the first sale—you’ll nurture each new customer through their first four purchases, ensuring they become established before passing them to the sales team to continue the relationship.
If you enjoy seeing tangible results and want to be recognised and rewarded for your success, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
