What you would be doing

  • Promoting approved personal development programs through compliant online marketing.
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and scheduling brief phone or Zoom discovery calls.
  • Following up with prospective clients using a structured process.
  • Participating in ongoing training, mentoring, and personal development.
  • Using proven marketing systems and digital tools while managing your own workflow, communication, and follow-up activities.

About you

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • A confident communicator with strong people skills.
  • Positive, coachable, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Organised and consistent with daily activity.
  • Confident using a computer, phone, and online platforms.
  • Interested in personal growth, leadership, and professional development.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, administration, education, or people-focused roles is helpful, though not essential.
