What you would be doing

- Promoting approved personal development programs through compliant online marketing.
- Responding promptly to enquiries and scheduling brief phone or Zoom discovery calls.
- Following up with prospective clients using a structured process.
- Participating in ongoing training, mentoring, and personal development.
- Using proven marketing systems and digital tools while managing your own workflow, communication, and follow-up activities.
About you
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- A confident communicator with strong people skills.
- Positive, coachable, and committed to continuous learning.
- Organised and consistent with daily activity.
- Confident using a computer, phone, and online platforms.
- Interested in personal growth, leadership, and professional development.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, administration, education, or people-focused roles is helpful, though not essential.
