Business Development Manager

The Role: The Business Development Manager position has come about due to business growth! Ejot are recruiting for a strategic business developer to grow new markets throughout the UK for their anchoring technology. These anchors are UK & European manufactured and are used across a range of construction applications such as roofing, lifts & escalators, cladding, and infrastructure projects.

Not only will you be developing the end users but you'll also be expanding on existing, and building new, relationships with distribution partners across the country. A key route to success here will be through specifying product and getting onto framework agreements for long term, repeatable, revenue.

This is a national position, you will live anywhere in the UK and be prepared to travel. This is an autonomous role, and you'll be tasked with guiding the business development strategy. Working in conjunction with regional sales people, you can leverage existing relationships to really push the anchor agenda to hit the ground running.

Ejot are looking for an experienced anchors or fixings sales professional who is strategic in approach and builds trust through relationships.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Have a track record in selling concrete anchoring, or fixing, technologies
  • Have an appreciation for selling on-site, as well as remotely
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A history of market development and new business
  • Understands the supply chain in the market - distribution/contractors/end users
  • Activity driven, understand commercials, and can back up figures
  • Full & Clean Driving licence

Salary: Negotiable basic salary DOE + £4k-5k bonus (with added multipliers) + Car (Hybrid/Electric options - Tesla, BMW, Audi options) + Pension (up to 6% matched) + 23 days holiday

Location: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, London
