Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Marketing professional with a background in Community Engagement to join our team here at Home Instead Havant. Our mission is to deliver gold standard care, and change the face of ageing.
As the Community Partnerships Manager you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's presence across social media and within the local community. This is an exciting role for someone with a keen business development mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships in the local community based in Hayling Island, Emsworth, Waterlooville, Southbourne, Hambrook, Bosham, Horndean, Denmead, Clanfield, and Havant.
- Build connections by growing and leveraging your network to identify new partnership opportunities and business development prospects.
- Ensure digital content is engaging and consistent across social media platforms, maintaining brand voice and messaging.
- Utilise data to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly, reporting on key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
- Define marketing plans and digital media strategies in line with Home Instead brand guidelines, with the goal of reflecting our mission, vision, and values.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to develop the brand's unique selling points and differentiators.
- Organise and coordinate community events, networking activities, and partnership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Represent the Home Instead brand at community events and stakeholder meetings, fostering positive relationships with local organisations and key influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with operational objectives and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven track record successfully developing and building strong relationships within the community.
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement and partnership development within a local or regional context.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create digital and traditional marketing materials for campaigns.
- Experience working towards marketing targets and KPIs, with the ability to analyse and interpret performance data.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing CRM platforms (such as Zoho, MailChimp, etc), as well as being an experienced user of Canva, video editing software, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proven experience in organising and coordinating events, networking activities, or community initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to represent a brand professionally.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local market, competitors, and community landscape within the South Coast region (or similar).
- Complete ad hoc tasks alongside the rest of the team as the business requires.
