Role: Business Development Manager
Base Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + OTE (£70,000-£90,000)
Geo: Hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office)

Vypr is a Manchester HQ'd Private Equity/Venture Capital backed SaaS business. Our market-leading product intelligence platform provides reliable consumer data to help manufacturers and retailers understand what their customers want to see on shelves. This helps reduce the time and cost spent developing new products, which makes for better products, faster.
We're a scale-up business with huge growth ambitions. We've proved product market fit with our existing offering and now we're ready to scale at pace. We're using scalable new technology to reimagine our product intelligence platform with limitless future potential, from personalisation to AI enhanced insight.
Things that you will do
Deliver a world-class sales experience Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospect organisations Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers' expectations Meets assigned targets for sales volume, value, mix and margin Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

What you will be responsible for
Understanding your sectors and the key selling points for each persona Achieve a minimum sales quota of £300,000 pa from new business Meet assigned performance expectations Ensures first-class customer satisfaction, that meets the high standards expected by Vypr Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
How You Will Do It
Utilising the Vypr proven sales structure Using the best in class software/technology at our disposal Using initiative and running highly bespoke interactive demos (every call should be new and tailored each time) Becoming a trusted advisor by providing robust evidence Building proposals derived through a comprehensive discovery process Demonstrating clear and compelling Return on Investment Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues Travelling to visit prospective clients where necessary
What You Are Good At
Demonstrable experience as new business seller Minimum 2 years new business experience Ideally transitioned from SDR to a new business role 100% new business focus (not mixed with account management) SaaS/MarTech/insight/data/research experience is essential MEDDPICC experience Must demonstrate structured sales approach
