Business Development & Marketing Manager
A leading law firm is looking to hire a Business Development & Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving growth, profile, and client engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape marketing strategy within a dynamic, creative, and highly regarded firm with a strong presence in media, entertainment, and commercial sectors.
The Role
- Develop and implement business development and marketing plans to raise brand profile and win new work
- Partner with fee earners to identify opportunities, build relationships, and grow client accounts
- Lead end-to-end delivery of events including seminars, webinars, and client hospitality
- Manage and update the firm’s website, working with external agencies where needed
- Create and deliver content (articles, newsletters, bulletins, and social media)
- Collaborate with external PR partners to enhance market visibility
- Monitor trends and respond to incoming enquiries and campaign activity

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in business development or marketing within legal or professional services
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, positive, and commercially aware with a “can-do” mindset
