Business Development Manager (IT / AV)
£30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
Fully Remote (UK-based)
Are you an experienced IT/AV Solutions salesperson looking to join a fast-growing business where you can maximise your earnings through an uncapped commission structure while working remotely with full autonomy?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth company with an excellent reputation for delivering bespoke IT and AV solutions across the education, local government, and healthcare sectors. With consistent year-on-year growth, the business is now looking to significantly expand its sales function.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own pipeline, leveraging your existing contacts and sector knowledge to drive business across education and government clients. You will be supported by a strong technical and delivery team, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling solutions into public sector environments and be confident working in a remote, autonomous role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, target-driven, and looking to grow with a reputable and expanding organisation.
The Role
- Selling IT and AV solutions to education and government clients
- Fully remote position with autonomy to manage your pipeline
- Developing new business and managing existing client relationships
- Supported by internal technical and delivery teams
The Person
- Experience selling into education and/or government sectors
- Background in IT, AV, or technical solution sales
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
