Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with high-value clients and partners, and support revenue growth for Vault Couture’s services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Researching target markets
- Creating outreach plans
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Negotiating commercial agreements
The role will also involve collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine service offerings, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on market trends. The Business Development Manager will maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and help shape long-term growth strategies for the company.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle services.
- Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Solid commercial acumen, with experience in opportunity identification, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM platforms to track leads, manage contacts, and report on activity and performance.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working across marketing, operations, and service delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of the London fashion and luxury market and an interest in wardrobe management or styling services is an advantage.
