Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new business growth for Cloda, an AI-enabled compliance and governance platform, across the UK Social and Community Care sector.

This is a pure new-business, hunter role, focused on winning and expanding relationships with CQC-registered providers, including care homes, domiciliary care, supported living, learning disability, and mental health services.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through to demo, proposal, procurement, and close—working with sales cycles ranging from weeks to 6+ months, depending on provider size and governance complexity.

This is a senior, strategic individual-contributor role within HCI, offering a high level of autonomy and ownership, where the successful candidate will help shape market approach, pipeline strategy, and key customer relationships across the UK social and community care sector.

About Cloda.ai

Cloda.ai is an innovative AI-driven platform designed to help organisations manage, structure, and unlock value from complex information. Initially focused on health and social care organisations, Cloda.ai supports improved decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency. Over time, Cloda.ai will expand into additional sectors with similar data and governance challenges.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new customers across the UK social care and community health market
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, warm leads, partnerships, and sector events
  • Engage senior decision-makers including:
    • Registered Managers
    • Directors / Managers of Quality & Governance
    • Heads of Care / Operations
    • CEOs / COOs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
