At Yeo Valley, we're more than just an organic dairy company - we're a community rooted in the land, committed to sustainability, and passionate about producing quality food that nurtures people and planet.
In this position, you will drive sustainable growth across our education and healthcare channels by championing our purpose and bringing our brands to life where it matters most.
This role is responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with Local Education Authorities (LEAs), Universities, Colleges, NHS Trusts, Private Hospitals, and Care Homes, understanding their needs, and translating these into meaningful commercial opportunities. You will also represent Yeo Valley at relevant industry conferences and networking events (e.g., TUCO, NHS procurement events) to raise brand awareness and gain market insights.
Working collaboratively with Brand Managers (Yeo Valley Organic, The Collective Dairy, Ubley, and Tideford) and our Out of Home National Account Managers, you will help shape and execute compelling customer and brand plans that resonate in these sectors, while partnering with the Trade Marketing Manager to deliver standout activation that inspires and engages.
Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships at the end customer at every level, from strategic decision-makers to frontline teams, and from being highly self-driven, proactive, and resilient.
You will act as an ambassador for our values, ensuring everything you do reflects our commitment to quality, care, and impact making a real difference in the communities we serve.
This really is a role where the value will be gained from being out in the field meeting the LEAs and NHS Trusts face to face nationally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
