Business Development Manager

Eworks Manager | Remote (UK & Republic of Ireland) | Travel Required

About Us

At ClearCourse, we're building market-leading software that helps businesses work smarter. One of our specialist brands, Eworks Manager, provides an all-in-one field service management platform that helps trade and service businesses take control of everything from scheduling and job management through to invoicing, customer communication and payments.

Trusted by thousands of engineers, contractors and service businesses across the UK and Ireland, Eworks Manager helps businesses spend less time on paperwork and more time growing.

We're now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth by winning new customers across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for winning new business and introducing field service companies to the Eworks Manager platform. You'll sell a complete solution that helps businesses manage their operations more efficiently while also promoting Eworks Pay, our integrated payments platform that enables customers to get paid faster and reduce administration.

You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, working with business owners and operational leaders across industries including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, facilities management and general maintenance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
