Business Development Manager
Location: Queens Square, Bristol (BS1 4NH)
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 base Year 1 OTE £150,000+ Uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging senior decision-makers across global technology markets
- Building new business relationships through:
- Strategic outreach
- Networking
- Consultative selling
- Working directly with innovative technology vendors & enterprise organisations
- Generating commercial opportunities and contributing to large-scale client campaigns
- Articulating GDS Group’s value proposition with confidence and credibility
- Becoming a trusted commercial partner for clients at the forefront of digital transformation
Requirements
You’re ambitious, commercially driven, and energised by winning new business.

Ideal candidates will have:
- 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strength in cold outreach & prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email)
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders & C-level executives
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Strong organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
