Business Development Manager

Location: Queens Square, Bristol (BS1 4NH)

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 base Year 1 OTE £150,000+ Uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and engaging senior decision-makers across global technology markets
  • Building new business relationships through:
    • Strategic outreach
    • Networking
    • Consultative selling
  • Working directly with innovative technology vendors & enterprise organisations
  • Generating commercial opportunities and contributing to large-scale client campaigns
  • Articulating GDS Group’s value proposition with confidence and credibility
  • Becoming a trusted commercial partner for clients at the forefront of digital transformation

Requirements

You’re ambitious, commercially driven, and energised by winning new business.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strength in cold outreach & prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email)
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders & C-level executives
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Strong organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
