An opportunity has arisen with a B2B creative and media agency specialised in helping ambitious brands gain recognition. This agency is part of a global network and is one of the most highly respected (and award-winning) B2B agencies in the UK.
Their clients span:
- PE-backed scale-ups
- Major global enterprise brands
They are now seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to open doors to new prospects and drive growth.
The Role
This is a fast-paced outbound position, working closely with the Founder and Managing Director to:
- Build pipeline
- Generate qualified opportunities
- Engage with senior decision-makers

Key Responsibilities: You will be:
- Targeting CMOs, CEOs, and leadership teams across enterprise businesses
- Securing qualified meetings
- Cultivating long-term commercial relationships
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Prospecting and engaging senior decision-makers via multiple outbound channels
- Building relationships with enterprise and PE-backed businesses
- Leveraging market intelligence and buying signals to identify opportunities
- Supporting event-led networking initiatives and exclusive client events
- Managing and nurturing pipeline opportunities alongside the MD
- Ensuring the leadership team converts qualified meetings
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience within outbound B2B sales
- Previous experience as an:
- SDR (Sales Development Representative)
- BDR (Business Development Representative)
- Junior BDM
- A confident communicator with the ability to:
- Build trust quickly
- High energy, resilience, and a sense of fun
