Business Development Manager
Northern Home Counties and East Anglia
Up to £60k + £10k + Car Allowance/EV

- Selling a range of construction and maintenance services to NHS, LAs, HA, FM Companies, Education and Public Sector

- Involvement in large scale projects and refurbishments
- Previous experience selling services is desirable but not essential
Covering North London, Herts, Beds, Bucks, Cambs, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk
The Role
As Business Development Manager for this highly successful construction contractor business, your remit will be to manage a base of accounts as well as identify any potential new business opportunities across the Northern Home counties. Selling a vast range of maintenance services into housing associations, local authorities, education, healthcare and leisure accounts you can expect to take orders anywhere from £5k-£500k. Dealing with a range of contacts from Facilities Managers, Maintenance Engineers through to Directors, you will be working on planned and reactive projects throughout the region with a focus on increasing wallet spend and driving new business.

The Person
If you have a successful field sales background and relish a new challenge then this company could be your next move. Our client is looking for a calibre new business focused professional ideally someone who has sold a service to public sector, local authorities, or construction industry. They are happy to provide full product training and team fit and personality is key due to the need to work with multiple branches and stakeholders internally and externally. Your desire to succeed coupled with your can-do attitude will make you the ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Manager.

The Package for Business Development Manager
- Basic: £55,000 - £60,000
- Bonus: £10-15k
- Car: Car Allowance of £6,500 p.a or Electric Vehicle option
- Benefits: Mobile, Laptop, Pension, healthcare, Life Insurance, 25 days holiday + Stats + Full benefits package
