Summary
We Help Recruit are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading global packaging business.
About the Client

The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored product offerings.
- Focus on high-volume clients as well as bespoke requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to align products and services with their needs.
- Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities across multiple channels.
- Address all customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling objections professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve results.
- Attend meetings and networking events to promote innovative solutions.
- Track sales data, invoices, and produce regular reports for management.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience in packaging.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
