About the opportunity

Costara Travel is a fast-growing travel membership platform that offers members access to exclusive hotel rates. By offering travel savings that are not typically available through public travel websites, Costara helps members unlock greater value from every trip.

They are now expanding the corporate membership programme, helping businesses offer travel savings as an employee benefit. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in building a high-growth business from the ground up.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to introduce Costara Travel's membership programme to SMEs and organisations across the UK. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, generating opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers and converting businesses into paying corporate membership customers.

In particular, you will:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of SME and corporate prospects
  • Engage business owners, HR teams and key decision-makers
  • Generate new business through LinkedIn, email, phone and networking
  • Deliver sales presentations and convert prospects into customers
  • Grow Costara's brand presence through LinkedIn and industry events
  • Develop Partnerships with benefit aggregators, platforms and employee benefits providers as an additional route to market.
  • Develop referral partnerships and new routes to market
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Provide market insights to support product development and sales strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
