Business Development Manager - Hospitality Technology

London / Field based / Office Based / Work from Home (Hammersmith)
£40,000-£45,000 basic | £75,000-£85,000 OTE (uncapped)

Our client is a high-growth SaaS company helping 3,000+ hospitality venues increase loyalty, capture customer data, and drive repeat revenue through digital loyalty, CRM and ordering tools. With new investment and payments/finance products launching, the business is entering a major growth phase.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll win new hospitality customers across the UK, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll generate pipeline through proactive outreach, run virtual and face-to-face demos, and close deals within 2-4 week sales cycles.

About You

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience in hospitality/restaurant tech
  • or, 2+ Years in POS/EPOS Sales
  • Energetic, resilient, confident on the phone, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
