Bradley David Associates is partnering with a well-established and growing creative production business to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager in the Croydon area. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in Retail POS, Visual Merchandising, Large Format Print or Display Solutions to join an ambitious team delivering innovative retail marketing solutions for leading brands.
If you thrive on developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities, this role offers the autonomy and support to make a genuine impact.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of developing new client relationships across retailers, brands, agencies, and marketing teams. Working closely with internal design, production, and project delivery teams, you'll help bring creative retail campaigns to life while growing revenue through new business and dormant account development.

- Generate new business opportunities across retail brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
- Re-engage and develop dormant client accounts.
- Identify opportunities for POS, print, display, and visual merchandising solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Prepare commercially competitive proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
About You
We're looking for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business within the retail marketing or creative production sector.
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Retail POS Visual Merch
- Visual Merchandising
- Large format Print
- Display solutions
- Retail Graphics
- Creative production
- Brand activation
- Packaging or Promotional Products.

- A full UK driving licence
- A strong track record of developing new business
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- A consultative and commercially focused sales approach
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- A genuine passion for retail marketing, branding, and creative solutions
