Business Development Manager

Creative Events Agency | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission | Hybrid Working

BTB is working exclusively with a highly respected creative events agency that has spent over 30 years delivering exceptional live experiences for some of the world’s best-known brands. The business is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive further growth.

This isn’t a transactional sales role. You’ll be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic relationships with major organisations
  • Identifying high-value opportunities
  • Collaborating with specialist creative, technical, and proposal teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships

  • Identifying and engaging new target clients
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Managing consultative sales cycles from initial contact through to pitch

  • Developing winning proposals alongside internal specialists
  • Building a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities
