Business Development Manager

BTB is working exclusively with a highly respected creative events agency that has spent over 30 years delivering exceptional live experiences for some of the world’s best-known brands. The business is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive further growth.
This isn’t a transactional sales role. You’ll be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Developing strategic relationships with major organisations
- Identifying high-value opportunities
- Collaborating with specialist creative, technical, and proposal teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships

Key duties include:
- Identifying and engaging new target clients
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Managing consultative sales cycles from initial contact through to pitch
- Generating opportunities across:
- Conferences
- Exhibitions
- Brand experiences
- Roadshows
- Live events
- Developing winning proposals alongside internal specialists
- Building a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities

- Proven track record in new business development
