Business Development Manager - Business Intelligence
London / Hybrid (3 days office/client, 2 days home)
Basic Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (DOE)
OTE: +£20,000-30,000 (uncapped)

At BMS, we've been engaged by a global data and consulting leader to recruit a Business Development Manager for their commercial property team. The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business and building relationships across the property and investment market.
- Win new logo clients among land owners, shopping centres, hedge funds and asset managers
- Scale those new logo wins, through account development and networking
- Lead with insight - selling data-driven consulting projects that answer key investment and operational questions.
- Manage long-cycle, complex deals with stakeholders at C-suite, analytics and finance director level.
- Blend leads from BDRs, events and research with your own self-sourced pipeline.

The Candidate
We're looking for a bright, driven salesperson who has:
- 4+ years of full-cycle b2b closing experience
- Ideally within the world of consulting, data or business intelligence plus,
- Knowledge of the property / commercial property sector advantageous
- Experience selling into senior decision-makers (CEO, CIO, Directors).
- A land and expand mindset
- Strong networking ability
The Package
- Basic Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (DOE)
- OTE: +£20,000-30,000 (uncapped)
- Benefits: Pension, healthcare, gym membership, accident insurance, mobile allowance, tech scheme
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
- Hybrid working: 3 days office/with clients, 2 days home
