Salary & Location

  • Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped OTE & Benefits

They help corporate finance and tax departments navigate complex regulatory landscapes. With recent brand alignment and expansion of cloud-based automation solutions, they are in a high-growth phase and seek an experienced Business Development Manager.

This is a sophisticated, solutions-focused sales role driving new business in:

  • Identify inefficiencies in compliance and calculation workflows

    • Mitigate risk
    • Improve accuracy
    • Automate manual processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Solutions Sales: Manage the full B2B sales cycle

    • Pipeline generation
    • Qualification
    • Technical demos
    • Commercial negotiation
    • Deal closure
  • Consultative Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with high-level financial stakeholders:

    • CFOs
    • Finance Directors
    • Tax Directors
    • Audit/Tax Partners
  • Value-Based Positioning: map complex software features to real-world business cases, aligning solutions with:

    • Immediate commercial ROI
    • Regulatory compliance requirements

  • Industry Alignment: stay current on key market triggers for urgent sales engagement, including:

    • Digital linking

What We Are Looking For

We seek a first-class Business Development professional with:

  • Sector Background:

    • Proven experience in Business Development, Account Executive, or consultative sales roles within:
      • Tax
      • Audit
      • FinTech
      • Financial Services
  • Solutions Sales Track Record:

    • Demonstratable success managing complex, long-cycle B2B deals
    • Not focused on short-cycle transactional sales
