What You Will Do
Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing opportunities across regulated sectors. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. Deliver engaging client meetings, workshops, and system demonstrations that showcase the value of the COMPASS platform. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation, and contract award. Develop tailored compliance and risk management solutions that meet client operational and reporting needs. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with internal technical and consultancy teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity to support business growth and strengthen market presence.
Who You Are
Proven success in business development, consultative sales, or software/SaaS sales environments. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close. Confident presenting solutions, leading client demonstrations, and delivering engaging workshops or events. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Commercially driven, self-motivated, and highly organised, with strong pipeline and time management capabilities. Knowledge or experience within water hygiene, compliance, risk management, or other regulated sectors such as healthcare, FM, or the public sector would be highly advantageous. Full UK driving licence required, with willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
