Prestige Bedrooms is a family-run business established in 1986, specialising in the design and installation of bespoke fitted wardrobes, media walls, home offices and luxury storage solutions across Essex, London and the Home Counties.
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to help grow our commercial division by securing new contracts, winning tender opportunities, and building long-term relationships with property developers, main contractors, architects and construction companies.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for business development and relationship building. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial opportunities while representing a well-established and respected brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing new tender opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with property developers, main contractors, architects, interior designers and house builders.
- Winning contract work for residential and commercial developments.
- Attending networking events and arranging meetings with key decision-makers.
- Developing and managing a pipeline of new business across Essex, London and the surrounding areas.
- Working closely with our estimating and design team to prepare competitive quotations and proposals.
- Managing client relationships from initial introduction through to contract award.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
- Experience within the construction, interiors or property sector is highly desirable.
- Existing contacts with developers, contractors or construction professionals would be a significant advantage.
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
