Looking to break into the drinks industry with a business that's going places?

We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing drinks businesses as it enters an exciting new phase of growth. With turnover set to double over the next 12 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you'll have genuine influence and play a key role in its continued commercial success.

Already established across the North West with a growing customer base and strong reputation in the on-trade, the business is now investing in further expansion. They're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven salesperson to grow existing accounts while winning new business across pubs, bars and other licensed venues.

This is a field-based role offering plenty of autonomy, giving you the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships, identify new commercial opportunities, and make a real impact on the growth of the business. You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory while being supported by a passionate and ambitious team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
