Business Development Manager - Corporate Travel

Remote

Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

If you're the kind of salesperson who thrives on opening doors, winning new business and building long-term client relationships, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're recruiting on behalf of a premium, service-led Travel Management Company with ambitious plans for growth. Combining exceptional personal service with smart technology, they deliver a seamless business travel experience to a wide range of corporate clients. As the business continues to grow, they're now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive the next exciting stage of their journey.

This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing business where you'll have the autonomy to shape your own success. Rather than being one of many Business Development Managers in a large corporate environment, you'll work closely with senior leadership, giving you the chance to influence growth while building a highly rewarding client portfolio.

Business Development Manager - What will I be doing?

Working closely with the Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating meetings through to presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms and securing new business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
