This is an opportunity to join one of the most recognised and financially secure names in the asset finance market, working within a specialist team focused on supporting the UK’s industrial economy.
The business has an excellent reputation across manufacturing, industrial equipment, and transport finance, combining the strength of a global organisation with the specialist knowledge and flexibility you would expect from an established asset finance lender.

There is plenty of internal support across account management, documentation, and operations, allowing you to focus on developing relationships, originating opportunities, and getting deals completed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role will cover the South of England and offers a genuine balance between building something new and developing an existing customer base. Approximately 60–70% of your time will be focused on new business development, with the remainder spent reactivating dormant accounts and growing established relationships.
Opportunities will be generated through:
- Vendor and manufacturer partnerships
- Direct relationships with end-user customers
- Selected asset finance brokers
- Existing and previously active accounts
You will have the backing of a recognised brand, a strong funding proposition, and the ability to support customers purchasing a broad range of manufacturing, transport, and industrial assets.
This would suit an experienced asset finance BDM who can demonstrate a track record of originating new business and building long-term commercial relationships. You could currently be working for a lender, vendor finance provider, or asset finance broker and be looking for a stronger platform from which to develop your career.
