Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager We’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
What you'll be doing: Develop and deliver a sales strategy that drives revenue and profitability across your region. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Monitor market trends, projects, and competitor activity to maintain full area knowledge. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service. Review postcode and customer allocation annually to optimise team coverage. Align with technical and pricing teams to maximise customer value and market potential.

What you’ll bring: Proven track record in sales ideally within the sector. Strong industry knowledge and established network. Natural leader and coach who brings out the best in people. Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver solutions and build loyalty.
