Business Development Manager

For experienced packaging sales professionals, the quality of the product and depth of technical support directly shape the conversations you’re able to lead.

The role is focused on developing new business while building long-term relationships. You’ll be expected to be out in the market, meeting customers and understanding their needs.

The Person

They’re looking for a driven, proactive individual who enjoys being out in the market and going after opportunities. Someone who takes ownership of their territory and is motivated to build something over time.

You’ll bring previous experience in the packaging sector (e.g. Premium Spirits, Craft Distilling, Alcoholic Drinks, Consumer Goods or Pharma) with the ability to clearly articulate the company’s key strengths and differentiate their offering in a competitive market.

Strong relationship-building skills are key. You’ll need to be comfortable developing long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs, and maintaining credibility at all levels.
