Who are we?
Europa Worldwide Group is an ambitious, independently owned logistics business operating across Road Freight, Air & Sea, and Warehousing. Our sustained growth and commercial success have earned us a place in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 for three consecutive years.
With 15 sales offices across the UK and Ireland and a growing international presence across Europe, Hong Kong, China, India and Dubai, we continue to invest heavily in our people, infrastructure, and long-term future.
If you’re a commercially driven sales professional looking for a business where results are recognised, career progression is real, and your contribution genuinely makes an impact — Europa is a place where you can thrive.
What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our established Road Freight sales team.
This role is focused on winning new business, developing your own customer base within a defined area, and working towards clear monthly GP targets. You’ll have responsibility for growing accounts initially, before passing them over to Customer Services so you can stay focused on new opportunities.
It’s a busy, targeted role and would suit someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, meeting customers face to face and building long-term relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
