Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding BKN301’s commercial footprint across existing and new markets.
You will work closely with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand market needs, position our solutions effectively, and build a strong pipeline of long-term business opportunities.
A Few Examples of Your Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas within the fintech ecosystem.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Generate qualified opportunities through networking, events, conferences, referrals, and direct outreach activities.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Support deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and commercial offer preparation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between market demand, customer expectations, and company priorities.
- Maintain visibility on pipeline development, commercial activities, and growth initiatives through regular reporting and stakeholder alignment.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, or similar commercial roles.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to generate opportunities and build commercial pipelines through proactive business development activities.
- Strong experience developing and managing relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Good understanding of fintech products, financial services, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of API architecture, integrations, and digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of fintech solutions, including payments, banking technologies, AI/GenAI, and emerging financial services.
- Familiarity with digital transformation programs and modernization initiatives.
- Ability to understand customer business challenges and position technology solutions accordingly.
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills, particularly Arabic, French, or Italian, are considered a plus.
- Experience within fintech, banking, payments, or technology consulting environments.
- Exposure to international business development and cross-market commercial initiatives.
