The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new publisher partnerships across key international markets.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across publisher organisations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term partner success.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Represent the business at industry events and strengthen its market presence.
Your Profile
- 3+ years' experience in business development, publisher sales, or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of the digital media or programmatic advertising landscape.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
- Consultative sales approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
- Passion for digital media and helping partners achieve sustainable growth.
