Business Development Manager – Asset Management Distribution (Spanish Speaking)

Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Working Pattern: Fully Office Based
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

An established international investment services organisation is seeking a commercially driven Spanish-speaking Business Development Manager to support the promotion and distribution of investment products to financial intermediaries across global markets, with a particular focus on Spanish-speaking clients and international distribution.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional with around three years' experience in financial services sales, business development, or intermediary distribution who is looking to take ownership of a region and build long-term, revenue-generating client relationships.

Working closely with senior leadership and investment specialists, you will help develop regional growth strategies, expand distribution partnerships, and increase assets under management through effective intermediary engagement.

This is a fully office-based position in Chichester and includes regular international travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities across your assigned region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
