What you’ll be doing:

  • Winning new recruitment agency, RPO, and talent tech partnerships across the UK
  • Leading conversations around Employer of Record (EOR) and compliant global hiring
  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing — end to end
  • Getting out to industry events, networking evenings, and recruitment conferences
  • Acting as a trusted partner, not just another supplier

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven new business background in recruitment, contingent workforce, payroll, or workforce solutions
  • A strong personal network across the UK recruitment market
  • Comfortable selling solutions, not pushing products
  • Commercially switched‑on, credible with senior stakeholders
  • Happy working fully remote, with regular UK event attendance
