- Winning new recruitment agency, RPO, and talent tech partnerships across the UK
- Leading conversations around Employer of Record (EOR) and compliant global hiring
- Prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing — end to end
- Getting out to industry events, networking evenings, and recruitment conferences
- Acting as a trusted partner, not just another supplier

What we’re looking for:
- A proven new business background in recruitment, contingent workforce, payroll, or workforce solutions
- A strong personal network across the UK recruitment market
- Comfortable selling solutions, not pushing products
- Commercially switched‑on, credible with senior stakeholders
- Happy working fully remote, with regular UK event attendance
