Business Development Manager

Launch Your Career in Sales, Marketing & Business Development

As our client portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for ambitious, energetic, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers at an entry-level stage. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development while developing the skills needed to progress into senior commercial and leadership roles over time.

Whether you're a recent graduate or transitioning from a customer-facing role, you'll receive full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to build a strong foundation in business development and client engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Represent client brands professionally and confidently through direct customer interactions.
  • Engage with customers to deliver high-quality experiences and promote products and services.
  • Build strong customer relationships and support customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Act as a key representative for client campaigns in the field.

Sales & Campaign Delivery

  • Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives and performance targets.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in delivering consistent, high-quality customer acquisition results.

Market Insight & Business Development Support

  • Monitor customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Gather customer insights to support campaign optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and enhance customer engagement.
  • Support reporting and performance tracking across live campaigns.

Learning, Development & Leadership Exposure

  • Participate in structured training covering sales, marketing, communication, and business development.
  • Develop confidence in communication, relationship building, and commercial awareness.
  • Gain exposure to leadership practices through coaching, mentorship, and supported responsibility.
  • Build the foundation for progression into senior business development and leadership roles based on performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and ambitious attitude.
  • Confidence working in customer-facing environments.
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.
