Business Development Manager – Industrial & Commercial Infrastructure
Location: Remote (North of England, with travel required)
Salary: up to £90,000 + annual bonus

About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify and secure new business opportunities across the Industrial & Commercial market. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships, generating new opportunities and driving commercial growth across major development and infrastructure projects.
We're looking for someone who can engage confidently with developers, consultants, contractors, landowners, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities across Industrial & Commercial markets.
- Drive growth through strategic client and partner relationships.
- Build and manage relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Develop opportunities within sectors such as data centres, logistics, warehousing, and commercial development.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and build long-term strategic relationships.
Requirements
- Proven success in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience working within complex stakeholder environments.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and project teams.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to identify opportunities within evolving markets.
- Existing network within Industrial & Commercial, construction, infrastructure, property, or related sectors would be advantageous.
