Role Description
The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. In this role, the individual will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and expand the company’s presence in key travel and sports markets.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Negotiating contracts
- Managing the sales pipeline to achieve growth targets
The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to design tailored travel solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and support long-term account management. The role also involves:
- Market research
- Participation in industry events
- Regular reporting on performance, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within travel, hospitality, or related services.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans and proposals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, online collaboration tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of travel industry products and processes (flights, hotels, packages, sports travel, visa guidance) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, customer-focused environment in Greater London, with occasional travel for meetings and events.
- Eligibility to work in the UK; visa sponsorship may be considered in line with company policy and immigration regulations.
