Their products are manufactured in Germany, can be planned modularly, and meet the highest requirements in daily use.
Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help our client expand their presence in the WC partitioning and lockers sector, and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HPL partitions, interior design, or related built-environment industries, and be skilled in building lasting client relationships while identifying new opportunities for highest-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in London, with a focus on projects featuring WC partitioning, lockers, and cleanrooms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors to expand market presence.
- Promote client’s solutions, highlighting their innovation, energy efficiency, and design impact.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas within the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline development, client engagement, and revenue growth targets.
This role is for an allocation of 25% of your time, equivalent to 40 hours per month.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within HPL partitioning, cleanrooms, lockers, interior design, or related industries.
- Strong client network in London with architects, designers, and contractors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets and driving growth.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with regional travel.
