Company Description

Flux Rose Ltd is a UK-based electronics manufacturer specializing in PCB design and assembly, wiring harnesses, and complete embedded electronics integration. Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team with excellent target-related earnings potential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the contract electronics manufacturing, electronics design engineering, wiring harness design/manufacturing sectors, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. The successful applicant will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct B2B sales negotiations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using IT systems
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Organise and prioritise daily tasks effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
  • Knowledge of the electronics industry, PCB design, or related sectors is advantageous
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
