THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, you'll drive new and existing business across pharmaceutical, medical device and life science manufacturers. Selling a portfolio of sanitisers and disinfectants, you'll build strategic relationships with Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations and senior stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles across the Midlands, North & Scotland.

REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years' B2B sales experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or another regulated manufacturing industry
- Experience selling into regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong consultative, strategic sales and relationship-building skills
- Based in the Midlands or M62 corridor

THE PACKAGE
- £55,000-£65,000 basic + 30% OTE
- Electric company car
- Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + BH
