We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in London to drive new business growth and expand our presence across the UK market.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across key sectors including SaaS, FinTech, and Financial Services. Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach. Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Manage complex, long sales cycles, requiring both commercial insight and technical understanding. Engage senior stakeholders (C-level, founders, finance and innovation leaders) to build long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing to maximise inbound and outbound opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM reporting to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting. Contribute to the UK commercial strategy and provide market insights.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a high-performing individual with: Strong experience in B2B business development within SaaS, FinTech, Financial Services, or professional services. Proven success managing end-to-end sales cycles, especially long and complex deals. A solid commercial track record with consistent revenue generation. A minimum of 4 years of sales/business development experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, autonomous, and resilient mindset. Experience in R&D Tax Credits or innovation funding is considered a plus.
