Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand Aviteus Business Solutions' presence across the UK.
The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build long-term client relationships, and promote our portfolio of accounting, tax, advisory, and outsourced finance services to SMEs, startups, healthcare providers, retail businesses, property companies, charities, and other organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, directors, finance leaders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Present Aviteus Business Solutions' service offerings professionally and confidently.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience selling accounting, finance, professional services, payroll, tax, or business advisory services is highly desirable.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to engage with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
