Shape the future of care, powered by AI
The opportunity
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a steady pipeline. This is a role for someone who wants to build one.
- You’ll be at the front line of how Unique IQ wins new business, opening conversations with home care providers, bringing our AI-first product suite to life through sharp, consultative demos, and closing deals that genuinely change how care is delivered.
- You’ll be selling products that customers love into a sector that is hungry for innovation, with full backing from a marketing, product and customer success team that has your back.
- If you want a sales role where you can see the impact of your work, where AI is more than a buzzword and where your voice genuinely shapes how the business grows, this is it.
What you’ll be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Unique IQ
We’re a UK SaaS business with a clear vision: to be the AI-first platform for home care. Our customers don’t just buy our software, they trust us with the systems that keep their carers, clients and families safe. That’s a privilege we take seriously, and it’s why we’re investing heavily in AI, automation and product innovation.
We’re not the biggest player in our market, and that’s our advantage. We move quickly, we listen to our customers, and we build software that genuinely helps them run better businesses and deliver better care. If you want to be part of something that’s growing, that has momentum, and that has a clear point of view about where the care sector is heading, you’ll feel right at home.
