The Role
- Drive national sales growth across the TCE portfolio
- Build relationships with NHS theatres and procurement teams
- Manage demonstrations, evaluations and trials
- Grow pipeline opportunities and repeat business
- Support new product launches and commercial strategy
About You
- Experience within medical device or healthcare equipment sales
- Strong knowledge of NHS sales environments
- Commercially driven and highly proactive
- Comfortable working independently in a national role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Package
- £55,000 basic salary
- £20,000–£25,000 bonus potential
- £75,000–£80,000 total package
- Car allowance or EV scheme
- Home-based national role
- Strong autonomy and progression opportunities
